We Have A Minimum Charge of 3 Hours per tech.
Our hourly rate is charged per person, per hour.
Material Markup
All material purchased by L&W Restoration Services Ltd. for any job is given a 35% Material Markup.
Drywall/Gypsum/Ceiling Tiles, VCT or any type of Resilient Flooring: (Asbestos Testing)
For any job that requires drywall removal and/or dumping, the following fees apply
$340.00 + GST to take a sample of drywall filler in for Asbestos Testing
Testing done within 48 hours.
$520.00 +GST for next day results.
** This will be required for both estimated & cost plus work and will be billed before testing.
Dumping Rates
Debris removal rates vary on what needs to be removed and if debris is piled and ready for removal or requires any form of labor from L&W Restoration Services Ltd. We will need to see the job and provide a quote.
WCB & Liability Insurance
We carry WCB and 5 Million Dollar Liability Insurance. Credentials available upon request.
