Requesting an Estimate:

For small and simple jobs, a simple phone call may be enough to provide a free quote as long as the service request is clearly explained with no left-out details.

To receive a free and accurate quote, all requested services must be listed, all detailed info should be provided and photos should be included for a better sense of the area where the work will be performed.

We can come to your location to perform a full and proper walkthrough and review what needs to be done. This is subject to our 3 hour minimum call-out based on the appropriate rates at the time including regular and after-hour rates. This amount will be invoiced on its own and with it, you will receive a separate quote for the estimated work that needs to be done.

All Free Quotes are approximate and revisions to the price may be required in the event that any details were left out that would otherwise change the amount and/or type of work that needs to be performed, resulting in a change in cost.

Rates and Payment Methods:

Our Minimum Charge is 3 hours per person at our current labor rates.

Our regular hour rates are from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST) Monday thru Friday.

Our after-hour rates are from 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM (PST) Monday thru Friday, All Day Weekends & Holidays. For full details, you can view our rates.

We accept all forms of payment including Cash, Cheque, Credit Cards and PayPal.
